How do I get a tax refund?Updated a year ago

Due to sales tax laws, sales tax cannot be refunded once an order is placed. If you are tax-exempt, please email your tax exemption form and register as a customer before making a purchase. We will then update your customer account to be tax-exempt.

If you return an order, the sales tax will be refunded along with the item. However, we cannot credit the sales tax if you choose to keep the item.
