Return your purchase in a few simple steps. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return through our return portal.

Our return/exchange policy was implemented to minimize returns/exchanges for seasonal products that may never be used.

Return Policy:

• Returns must be received by TireChain.com within 15 days of receiving the item.
• Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Chains must be returned in new, unused condition.
• No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
