Skidder Chains are sold “as is” with “no warranty”.
Who pays to return the order?
The customer is in charge for the return shipping unless there was a mistake on our part then we will cover return responsibilities.
How do I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

How quick do I get credit for returned chains?
We issue credit within a few days to a week after the return is received, however, your financial institution can take longer to deposit into your account.
